What You Carry Forward Now Matters:

Cornerstone Institute Graduation 2026 Ā

On 1 April, we witnessed what it takes to finish what you start.

The Class of 2025 reflects a powerful truth about higher education today: that success is rarely convenient, but always intentional.

According to Cornerstone Institute CEO, Abdul-Basier Dramat, completing a qualification is about far more than academic ability. It is forged in the quiet, difficult decisions that students make every day, whether to continue when exhaustion sets in or to give up.

“Completing a qualification is not simply about academic ability,” Dramat reminded the congregation, “it is about commitment, perseverance, and making difficult decisions constantly.”

The weight of that achievement, he said, does not end at graduation. It travels with each graduate into workplaces, communities, and homes.

“The qualification you receive today is not simply a certificate framed on a wall,” he said. “It represents knowledge, discipline, and a standard that you now carry with you into the world.”

This year, Cornerstone proudly conferred qualifications to 338 graduates across Higher Certificates, Degrees, and Postgraduate programmes, including the Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology (BPsych Equivalent), the Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and the Bachelor of Theology in Community Leadership.

Each graduate represents more than academic achievement. They represent resilience, responsibility, and the courage to continue despite competing demands, many while working full-time, supporting families, or travelling long distances to attend classes.

At Cornerstone, we believe education must do more than inform. Education must shape people who contribute meaningfully to their communities, professions, and society.

To the Class of 2025: What you carry forward now matters.

Congratulations.
