Extended Learning Programmes/Short Courses
Extended Learning Programmes are a variety of offerings that contribute to Cornerstone’s commitment to continuing education for a wider range of participants outside the formal academic courses. They encompass Short Courses, Non-Degree Purpose (NDP) studies, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes and all other offerings outside the formal structured undergraduate and postgraduate programmes of Cornerstone.
Extended Learning Programmes are ideal for the person who wants to acquire new skills and knowledge, advance their career or even make a career change. Participants can include local and overseas students as well as individuals from commerce and industry, government departments, non-governmental organisations and the general public. All Extended learning Programme interventions are offered on a part-time basis and supported by our online learning platform.
Most courses run over 8 weeks (one two-hour lecture a week). Entrance criteria differ from course to course. The fees for the various courses are different. Please consult the link to the specific course in which you are interested in more information.
