Ennie Chirara holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Organisational Development and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial Psychology. She is currently working on her Commerce Masters degree in Industrial Psychology.

Ennie worked as a Human Resources Administrator from 2007-2015 Ministry of Agriculture and thereafter as a tutor at the University of the Western Cape until 2018. She currently provides HR support services to a number of non-government organisations.
