What is the course about?
The purpose of this short course is to provide a theoretically grounded overview of leadership, addressing multiple perspectives on leadership. It aims to develop people who are able to lead in the context in which they find themselves, and engage critically with leadership, especially in the South African and African context. Through the course of this short course, students will engage in the theory and practice of leadership as well as personal/character development
