Air Travel & Airport Transfer
- Airport: Cape Town International (CPT) is approx. 13 km from campus.
- Uber/Bolt: Available at Parkade 1 (Ground Floor). Est. R150–R250 to CBD.
- MyCiTi A01: Runs from Airport to Civic Centre; transfer to Salt River.
- Taxis: Official metered taxis wait outside Arrivals.
Metrorail Train
- Salt River Station: The nearest station, located on the Southern Line.
- From Cape Town Station: 1 stop (~5 minutes).
- From Southern Suburbs: Direct line from Claremont/Wynberg.
- Tip: Travel during daylight/peak hours for safety.
MyCiTi Bus Network
- Route 102: Connects Salt River Rail to Walmer Estate & Civic Centre.
- Route 261: Runs from Century City Rail to Salt River.
- Payment: Requires a myconnect card (buy at station kiosks).
Minibus Taxi
- Major ranks (Cape Town Station, Bellville) have routes to Salt River.
- Confirm with the driver that the route passes Victoria Road.
