Spiritual intelligence is the intelligence with which we address and solve problems of meaning and value, the intelligence with which we can place our actions and our lives in a wider, richer, meaning-giving context, so we can assess that course of action or life-path which is more meaningful than another. It is our ultimate intelligence; it is not about creating dogma, but aligns with Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences. SQ is about consciousness’ ability to discover and integrate meaning with perception, and to consciously choose values that serves as a motivation for a spiritually meaningful, purposeful and authentic life. The four aspects of SQ that will be covered, are: Critical Existential Thinking; Personal Meaning Production; Transcendental Awareness; Conscious State Expansion.

The Enneagram is a way of categorizing the human psyche into 9 different personality types. Everyone is one single type, although one can have traits belonging to other ones. Your character determining your Enneagram type, is believed to already be in place at birth, and you are the same type throughout your life.

It’s a typology that is useful for understanding the inner workings and motivations behind human behaviour.  It is a helpful tool in developing and navigating workplace dynamics, personal relationships and to develop your spiritual intelligence.

Knowing your Enneagram type, and developing your spiritual awareness through tools such as coaching, reading, workshops and developmental plans for your type, bring growth, integration and well-being to your workplace and personal relationships. Knowing your type, as well as the type of your colleagues and significant others, brings understanding, compassion and higher quality relationships, as well as development of your spiritual intelligence.
