Negotiation is not a special skill that is only used by “professionals”. It is part of our daily lives. We use it in business, with family and friends. These situations could happen between two or more individuals or parties who have a real or imagined conflict, or disagreement.
In this workshop you will be able to define good negotiation; understand why negotiation is important in work and life; identify five key steps to successful negotiation; identify and demonstrate five key steps to successful negotiation and reflect on your own abilities to negotiate.
About the Presenter: Beverley Barry (MA Education) is a certified Master Trainer on the International Youth Foundation’s Passport to Success. She is passionate about the art of learning, the integration of traditional wisdom of how we learn and the academic theories of how learning happens.
