The Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology (BPsych Equivalent) programme is structured to meet the professional standards of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), preparing students to become Registered Counsellors. This option integrates theoretical knowledge with professional counselling skills, community interventions, and a 720-hour practicum in diverse settings.

  • Distance and contact learning options are available for the Academic stream, while the BPsych Equivalent is offered in contact mode only, providing the flexibility needed for practical training and professional engagement.
