Asking Questions for Clarification

Asking the right question is an effective form of communication and information exchange. By asking the right questions in a particular situation, you can improve a whole range of communications skills.

This workshop deals with identify the benefits of asking questions when clarification is needed to understand a task or situation; identify helpful types of questions to ask for clarification; review the importance of listening to understand, and develop skills in asking questions.
